He gave me a quote that was extremely well priced for a complex job that involved repairs done by hand and a thorough deep clean. I was moving abroad at the time and he worked extremely fast to accomodate my tight schedule. He then brought it back home once the job was done, showed me the work and helped me wrap the rug in preparation for storage; all of this for free.
