Behnam provides an exceptional service and he is very knowledgable and a lovely person! We had a stain on our rug that needed immediate attention and the rug required cleaning as well. We received excellent care and customer service and rug looks amazing now and stain free! The whole process was clear, informative and convenient with the estimate, rug pick up, stain removal and cleaning service as well as rug delivery all included. I highly recommend this service and it is honest, trustworthy and of great quality!

I cannot recommend Oriental Rug Services highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They arrived on time, were reliable, professional, polite, and their prices were very reasonable.
I had two Persian rugs cleaned after I accidentally used the wrong cleaning product, which left them with large, stubborn stains. I honestly thought the damage was permanent, but they worked absolute miracles. The rugs came back looking beautiful, completely clean, and stain free.
As an added bonus, when they delivered my rugs, they kindly repaired another rug for me in my home at no extra charge. That level of customer care and generosity is rare these days.
If you're looking for a trustworthy company to clean or repair your rugs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oriental Rug Services. Five stars all the way!

I would recommend Oriental Rug Services without any hesitation. Not only were they the most reasonable quote I got for cleaning the awful stains on my expensive coir rug, they were extremely successful and efficient, delivering my rug back to me quickly in superb condition after careful washing. The owner Behnam could not have been more helpful and kind, taking me through the whole process and offering excellent advice. A gem of rare price!

Behnam is a gentleman. He is also knowledgeable, supportive, kind and true to his word. My rug was filthy after worrying for years if the wool and silk viscose abstract design could ever be cleaned but the reviews of his company persuaded me to contact him. My trust has been rewarded with a spotless rug - I’m truly impressed of the work, the explanation of process he uses and the cost too. I certainly will be using his services again (I don’t need to procrastinate now); I can’t wait to get the rug dirty again! 😉

OUTSTANDING service; choose this company without hesitation- Behnam is the owner of the business and was amazing throughout the whole process; his communication throughout was excellent, keeping me updated as he progressed -

He came to my house for the initial quote and instantly recognised the origin of my rug as well as the issues with it. He gave me a quote that was extremely well priced for a complex job that involved repairs done by hand and a thorough deep clean.
I was moving abroad at the time and he worked extremely fast to accomodate my tight schedule. He then brought it back home once the job was done, showed me the work and helped me wrap the rug in preparation for storage; all of this for free.

This rug is a family heirloom and very dear to me; I am so pleased I entrusted its care to someone like Behnam, who clearly loves his work - Choose his services for all your rug/carpet needs, you won't regret it; a personalised, tailored, very competitively priced serviced by a knowledgable, extremely experienced and competent man. Thanks for everything Behnam! you've been awesome

Behnam has now cleaned and repaired two of my beautiful oriental rugs, one of which is over 150 years old — and he’s done an absolutely amazing job on both. He’s a true artisan, with profound knowledge of rugs and a clear pride in his craft. I’m so grateful to have found Behnam; he’s not only a trusted expert but has become a trusted friend. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional rug care and restoration
