OUTSTANDING service; choose this company without hesitation- Behnam is the owner of the business and was amazing throughout the whole process; his communication throughout was excellent, keeping me updated as he progressed - He came to my house for the initial quote and instantly recognised the origin of my rug as well as the issues with it. He gave me a quote that was extremely well priced for a complex job that involved repairs done by hand and a thorough deep clean. I was moving abroad at the time and he worked extremely fast to accomodate my tight schedule. He then brought it back home once the job was done, showed me the work and helped me wrap the rug in preparation for storage; all of this for free. After a quick telephone conversation, he arranged a date to come and see my rug, which had several stains from being stored under another rug for years.
