2. Examine and recommend
The materials, construction and condition are reviewed before a proposal is made. The recommended level of intervention should be proportionate to the piece.
3. Undertake agreed work
Any agreed cleaning or restoration follows a treatment plan appropriate to the rug.
4. Review and return
The completed work is reviewed and arrangements for the piece’s return are confirmed.

For owners in Richmond and Twickenham, as elsewhere within our established London coverage, please discuss the piece and access arrangements before agreeing collection or treatment. Timescales and the extent of work follow the assessment.
